What is the SL & TP for WH&L / MH&L?

SL & TPs on WH&L & MH&L vary depending on your stage however we usually use 20 for SL and TP for WH&L and 30 for MH&L in Stage 1. Please go over the 'online course' and 'mentoring videos' for more information
