How detailed does the traders profile have to be?

The traders profile needs to be in as much detail as possible. In the nurturing programme you are required to list down 5 weaknesses and 5 strengths (non trading related). 

Next to each weakness and strength, you are also required to write down how each point has affected you in a real life situation.

Real life situation where this weakness has affected me

- When I was in college/university, there were a lot of assessments to do. I never planned ahead or kept track of my time. As a result of this, I was rushing to complete my assessments last minute. I realised that I could not absorb the information, and was just completing the assessments for the sake of submitting them.
