Test of discipline

Test of evaluation
How will my time management be tested?
We want to be able to see if you be on top of your time management before you start the four stage course as it is vital for you to be able to build a routine in your daily life and spend at least 30 minutes of your day towards trading, we require you to complete the nurturing programme's tasks within 5-10 working days whilst only spending a maximum of 1hr a day. You will be added to a groupchat with other nurturing programme members and you are required to send a message saying 'signing in' on the groupchat when you start any task related to trading and message 'signing out' when you have finished for the session. You will then track the time period you spent during the check in times and input that on to the time tracker which you will be provided with.
How will my ability to self evaluate be tested?
The trader's profile which we require you to complete is the hardest task that many people find in the nurturing programme. It requires you to be completely be honest about psychological weaknesses and strengths that is not related to trading but your general day to day life. The purpose behind identifying your weaknesses and strengths is to make sure that you are an individual who is able to reflect and identify your inner self which is important as a trader as you need this skill to evaluate your trading decisions later on in Stage 3 and Stage 4 where you will be required to evaluate your trades in detail to create a trading plan.
How will my discipline be tested?
Alongside the time management task of logging in manually and logging out, you are also required to log all the demo trades which you will be taking (50 in total, averaging 10 a day) on a tracker which we will provide you with. Journalling and tracking your trades is one of the key essential disciplines to track your progress in the long term and we want to see if you can do it
